Some people say Gertrude was an old, mysterious woman no one had ever truly seen - a quiet presence drifting between places, gathering forgotten melodies from the woods, though no one knows where she lives, or if she ever existed at all.
Gertrude is a dream pop band whose music grows out of subtle gestures and song-like ideas. They move between ambient soundscapes and songwriting, blending electronics, acoustic instruments, and voice into a single storyline.
